Faster Way To Fat Loss Program

Would you like to look better and feel better? Did you know that you don’t have to do it alone?

This past year has brought so much change to our lives with the pandemic, lockdowns and social distancing. Some of you have embraced simplifying your days as you spend more time with the family, trying new recipes, and spending more time outdoors. I know I have. But taking away the social aspect meant that you had to make an effort to continually stay in touch with friends, and family. And taking away the social aspect feels like you are doing everything alone. That’s what I found the most challenging.

When I was introduced to The FASTer Way to Fat Loss program, I was pleasantly surprised how much sense it made to me:

  • Eat whole foods
  • Adjust the timing of when you eat
  • Make sure you eat enough
  • 30 minute workouts from home or the gym
  • Low-impact exercises if you are just starting out
  • HIIT and strength training

And something I hadn’t tried before was Carb Cycling, pairing how many carbs you eat with your workouts, like HIIT and strength training. I loved learning that eating more carbs on workout days and fewer on rest days, combined with the right balance of protein, carbs, and fats, gave me energy, kept cravings away, and made fat loss feel achievable. I had some weights at home, but you can start with exercise bands. I decided to do my workout in the morning so I could get ready for the rest of the day and get everything done right away. I enjoyed planning out my meals, and I have to say, I never felt hungry. As long as I got my macronutrients in (protein, carbs, fat), then I didn’t have cravings. That’s because I was fueling with nutrients!

The 6 week journey starts with a prep-week, and you are encouraged with their tagline of Progress over Perfection. It is liberating when you don’t have to be perfect. This journey is to change your lifestyle, and life has some snacks and treats along the way. You can fit them in!

After the 6 week journey, I decided to become a Certified Coach so that I could help people like you change their lifestyles to look better, and feel better. Diet and movement are the foundations of health. By changing your habits, you will see a number of health complaints melt away. But you don’t have to do it alone.
